First-Time Buyer Mortgage Rates

First time buyer fixed rates are currently sitting between 4.88% and 6.59% for those customers looking to get on the property ladder. There are 204 first time buyer products from 9 lenders on our database, product fees start from £0 and LTV percentages vary.

Remortgage Rates

With customers looking to find the best rates, remortgaging is becoming the busiest area of the business for many brokers. Our database currently has 409 products from 10 lenders, initial fixed rates are between 4.89% and 8.99% with varying LTV percentages.

Moving Home Mortgages

Moving home rates are very similar to first time buyer rates with most available between 4.88% and 6.69% with varying product fees and LTV percentages. There are currently 195 products available from 9 lenders.

Buy To Let Mortgage Rates

With 274 products currently available in our database from 7 lenders, Buy to Let customers have a lot of potential choice with products generally being available over all terms with interest rates sitting between 4.89% and 8.99%.

Updated weekly, the current TSB Mortgage Rates for Existing Customers can be found here. They offer their existing customer the option of, 2, and 5-year mortgage terms.

1 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage

Buy to Let borrowers can take advantage of a short-term fixed rate with Nationwide from 4.89% with a product fee of 2% of the total loan amount. Barclays are offering 6.21% with no product fee for Existing Customers looking for a short term fixed rate.

2 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage

With 368 2-year fixed rate mortgages available from 10 lenders, its worth seeing what rates are available alongside the fees they entail. With lenders being keen to not fix rates for too long a term, our list of rates shows that Coventry Building Society are offering 5.53% with a £995 product fee for First Time Buyers and Moving Home. NatWest are offering rates from 5.62% with a £995 product fee for Moving Home.

3 Year Fixed Rate Mortgage

Our database has 139 3-year fixed rate mortgages from 7 lenders, it’s worth seeing what rates available and the fees that accompany them. Although rates are a little higher than its shorter and longer term counterparts, Yorkshire Building Society’s Remortgage Fixed Rate is 5.77% with a £495 product fee and HSBC’s Existing Customer Fixed Fee Saver is 5.44% with a £999 product fee.

5 Year Fixed Rate Mortgages

There are 415 5-year fixed rate mortgages on our database from these 10 lenders, it’s worth checking what those rates are and what fees they entail. Whilst the rates are quite varied, Barclays’ Residential Remortgage Fixed rate starts at 5.27% with a £999 product fee and Santander are offering 5.15% on their First Time Buyer Fixed rate with a £999 product fee.

7 Year Fixed Rate Mortgages

There are currently no lenders offering 7 year fixed rate products at the moment.

10 Year Fixed Rate Mortgages

With 53 10-year fixed rates available from 8 lenders, it’s worth checking through our database of rates to see what those rates are – and also what fees they may entail. Our list of mortgage rates shows that Lloyds Bank are offering Club Lloyds First Time Buyer Fixed Rate is available at 4.88% with a £999 product fee, whilst Yorkshire Building Society is offering 5.69% for their Moving Home Fixed Rate with a £1,495 product fee.

15 Year Fixed Rate Mortgages

There are currently no lenders offering 15-year fixed rate products at the moment.

Tracker Mortgages

Tracker mortgages are currently being offered by Barclay's and HSBC. Barclay's offer 2 and 5-year terms, while HSBC only offers a 2-year tracker mortgage.
