Wholesale lender to celebrate national mortgage brokers day at New York Stock Exchange
The parent company of United Wholesale Mortgage announced on Wednesday the winners of its contest for independent brokers.
Last month, UWM Holdings Corporation launched a contest asking independent brokers to submit stories sharing how they made an impact on their borrowers’ lives in celebration of National Mortgage Brokers Day. The firm has selected 75 brokers from nearly 1,000 who submitted their stories. The winners will join UWMC in ringing the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange on July 21.

“Mortgage brokers make a profound impact on borrowers across America every day,” said Mat Ishbia, chairman and CEO of UWMC. “The personal service, immense savings, exceptional speed and ease with which they close loans is astounding. Their ability to make dreams a reality for consumers is why we will dedicate time to celebrate them later this month at the New York Stock Exchange.”
UWMC said that the celebration on July 21 will be broadcast live on the NYSE website at https://www.nyse.com/bell.
