Curbio rolls out campaign to help realtors adjust to COVID-19

Curbio has announced the launch of a new campaign that arms real estate agents with digital tools during the coronavirus pandemic.

The company released its "Pivot to Pre-sale Renovation" initiative on Monday, with an aim to support realtors by providing them with opportunities for virtual learning and digital marketing resources.

“Top-performing realtors know that pre-sale renovation is more important than ever for sellers who want to maximize profits. Buyers are still buying, and they still want move-in ready homes,” said Rikki Rogers, vice president of marketing at Curbio.

Through the campaign, Curbio offers access to digital assets such as co-brandable postcards, brochures, explainer videos, and educational webinars with topics like "How to Attract Millennial Buyers During COVID-19" and "Pandemic Proofing Your Business. Additionally, the company said that it would provide realtors who partner with Curbio with a free post-renovation tour, which they could use to market the listing online.

“Over the past few months, the entire Curbio team has been struck by how quickly realtors have adjusted their entire business to support their clients," Rogers said. "We want to not only show our gratitude for their hard work during this difficult time but also provide tools and solutions that they can actually use right now.”

The initiative followed the rollout of Curbio's no-contact renovation program in Denver.
