Apprise names new COO

Apprise, the multifamily appraisal business of Walker & Dunlop and GeoPhy, has appointed industry veteran Nicole Urquhart-Bradley as chief operating officer and managing director.

In her new roles, Urquhart-Bradley will work with the firm's valuation lead, Meghan Czechowski, in overseeing all aspects of the firm's appraisal activities. Urquhart-Bradley has more than 30 years of commercial appraisal experience under her belt and has a proven track record of managing and driving the growth of both small and large valuation platforms.

"I'm confident that Nicole's partnership will greatly accelerate the expansion of our business, furthering our mission of bringing the modern appraisal concept to all multifamily lenders, owners, and operators in the United States," Czechowski said.

Before joining Apprise, Urquhart-Bradley was senior vice president of strategy at Bowery Valuation. Prior to that, she worked as head of Cushman & Wakefield's valuation and advisory practice for the Americas, where she managed a team of 600 employees across 65 offices.

"Apprise is an unparalleled leader in the multifamily appraisal industry, bringing innovations and new technology that are backed by GeoPhy and the Walker & Dunlop platform," Urquhart-Bradley said. "I look forward to helping the company strengthen its presence throughout the country and providing faster, more consistent, and data-driven results to our clients."
