Landis bolsters leadership with new head of real estate

Fintech company Landis Technologies has announced that Shanna Cooke (pictured) has stepped in as its new head of real estate.

Cooke, who brings a rich background of over two decades in residential real estate, will manage Landis’s property portfolios.

She most recently served as vice president of sales at Mark Spain Real Estate. Before that, she spent 11 years at Invitation Homes, a single-family rental platform, most recently as vice president of operations. Additionally, Cooke held various leadership roles at Rialto Capital Management and Pulte Homes.
