Carrington Mortgage Services has appointed industry veteran Ray Brousseau as its president

Carrington Mortgage Services has appointed Ray Brousseau president of the company, according to a news release.

Brousseau previously served as the company’s executive vice president. “Under Brousseau’s leadership, Carrington’s full-service mortgage lending business – including wholesale, retail and centralized sales and operations – has experienced unprecedented growth and operational results,” the release stated.

“Ray is an outstanding senior leader, with a consistently positive outlook that serves as an inspiration for his teams,” said Bruce Rose, founder and CEO of The Carrington Companies. “In his new role, I am confident his direction will enable us to continue to build our mortgage business, always with our customers in mind.”

“Our mortgage lending and mortgage servicing divisions continue to grow and excel,” said Dave Gordon, chief operating officer for the Carrington Holding Company. “With Ray’s leadership, we’re looking forward to an even greater level of cooperation and collaboration across our entire mortgage organization.”

Brousseau has nearly 30 years of mortgage banking and consumer finance experience. Before joining Carrington in 2011, he spent 23 years at CitiFinancial, where he held various leadership positions.
