WFG Title Grows California Presence, Opening Retail Office

David Noble to head operation in Irvine; announces team

 

Irvine, CA   June 27, 2012         WFG Title Insurance Company (“WFG Title”) a licensed title insurance underwriter in California since 1925, is growing its presence in California, opening  a retail title office in Irvine.  The title underwriter also announced that the Orange County operation will be led by David Noble, Senior Vice President.  The Williston Financial Group family of title insurers, which includes California-based WFG Title, is a full service provider of title insurance and real estate settlement services for lender, commercial and residential transactions nationwide.

 

Noble’s role with WFG Title will be to spearhead the company’s expansion in Orange County, California and position it among the market’s leaders.  He will oversee the strategic development as well as the day-to-day operations in the office.  Noble comes to WFG Title with 28 years of industry experience.  He has worked with a major national title underwriter in various positions, including Homebuilder’s Division Manager, Major Projects Manager, Director of Operations and Senior Underwriter.  He has extensive experience underwriting commercial, subdivision, residential, litigation and foreclosure transactions. Noble has underwritten transactions throughout Southern California and across the country, including many local high profile projects.

 

In addition to Noble, WFG Title has made several additions to the client-facing retail operation.   Joining the company are Kellie Thompson, Senior Commercial Escrow Officer, who has 18 years of escrow, title and mortgage lending experience; Robin Roseberry, Title Officer; Tim Blough, Title Officer; Al Japzon, Title Officer and Katheryn Natvidad, Escrow Assistant and Payoff Manager.  Collectively, the team has over 110 years of title industry experience.
