Commercial real estate firm Aline Capital launches a new unit to offer development services to investors and developers
Aline Capital, a commercial real estate and capital markets advisory firm, has expanded its offerings by launching a new development services division.
In its release, the firm said its new division will provide advisory and development services to real estate investors and developers. These services include site selection and acquisition, feasibility studies, due diligence, planning and entitlements, financial modeling, project management, and all facets of design, contract, and construction management.
Aline has hired industry veteran Clay Driggers to lead the new business unit. Driggers, a well-respected figure in the development community, joined Aline from Hartness Development, where he previously served as director and oversaw the development of a 450-acre mixed-use community in South Carolina.

In addition to its development services division, Aline Capital offers real estate brokerage, debt and equity advisory, development advisory, and commercial insurance services to commercial real estate developers and investors.
