The integrations aims to cut costs and shave time from the lending cycle
Simplifile has announced that it has integrated its loan collaboration services with BeSmartee’s point-of-sale (POS) mortgage origination platform.
Under the direct integration, lenders can access Simplifile’s services through the BeSmartee platform. They can also share, receive, and validate documents and data with settlement agents via BeSmartee.
Simplifile’s independent collaboration technology enables lenders and settlement agents to streamline mortgage transactions through real-time messaging. In addition, the tech allows lenders to log actions to maintain consistent audit trials and manage compliance oversight.
