SharperLending names VP of sales

SharperLending has announced the appointment of Joe Ware as vice president of sales. In this role, Ware will lead the expansion of the company's technology product line. He will be responsible for the delivery of products that enable banks, credit unions, and mortgage lenders to implement social distancing practices to stop the spread of the coronavirus.

The 25-year real estate industry veteran most recently served as national sales manager for appraisal tech company Xome. He led sales and marketing teams at SWBC Lending Solutions Division as senior vice president prior to that.

“The wheels of innovation continue to move at SharperLending, and we are excited for the progression of our products to migrate into the mobile age to best assist our clients,” said David Chiappe, president of SharperLending. “Joe‘s experience and leadership will help us get there sooner with exciting new deliverables in valuation, origination, and servicing technologies.”

“SharperLending’s reputation of providing the most innovative and technologically advanced solutions to lenders coupled with the dynamic, positive culture creates the optimal work environment,” Ware said. “I am thrilled to help mortgage clients exceed their goals, and to partner with them to ensure they achieve the greatest operational efficiencies and assist in providing their customers and members with the best service.”
