Sagent adds two execs to leadership

Mortgage tech company Sagent has announced the addition of industry veterans David Doyle and Jesse Decker to its senior leadership team.

Doyle brings 35 years of expertise to his role as head of business development. He spent 24 years of his career at Bank of America, where he most recently worked as a consumer lending strategic initiatives executive.

Twenty-year fintech vet Decker joins Sagent as executive vice president of customer success. Before Sagent, she led and developed customer-facing teams at Roostify and Cloudvirga. Decker also served as a management consultant at several consulting firms, including Pace Harmon, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Community Housing Partners.

“For too long, mortgage servicing has lacked the consumer-first approach,” Sagent CEO Dan Sogorka said. “This is especially important when millions of borrowers are strained by the COVID economy. Sagent is here to fix that for banks and lenders who service loans, and that’s why we’re building a world-class executive team with the right combination of experience, energy, and grit.”
