The exec will develop strategic partnerships that will enhance the company's customer experience

RE/MAX names new SVP for customer experience

 RE/MAX Holdings has announced the promotion of Pam Harris to senior vice president for customer experience.

In her new role, Harris will focus on customer experience while continuing to lead the firm’s events, strategic alliances, and EDR travel teams. She will report to Nick Bailey, chief customer officer at RE/MAX.

Harris joined RE/MAX joined in 2001 as a corporate meeting planner and was promoted to vice president of event management in 2005.

"Pam is a dynamic leader who has continuously evolved our signature events," said Bailey. "Year after year, she creates exceptional experiences for our network of brokers and agents, and her insight will be an invaluable part of sharpening our focus on our customer-centered strategy."
