The company aims to expand footprint and affiliate services

RE/MAX Holdings, Inc. is bringing in Chris Lim, a real estate executive with over 22 years of experience, as its new executive vice president and chief growth officer, effective February 3.
Lim, who has held leadership roles at several major real estate firms, will spearhead efforts to expand the company’s footprint and strengthen support for its franchise network.
In his new role, Lim will oversee teams focused on supporting franchise growth and enhancing US-based company-owned regions. He will work to provide customized support to franchisees while aiming to increase both agent count and market presence.
"I am thrilled to join the RE/MAX team and help shape the future of this iconic brand," said Lim. He underscored the importance of innovation, growth, and adaptability in shaping the future of the real estate landscape.
"I look forward to working with our franchisees and agents to drive growth strategies across the network," Lim added.
Lim’s industry recognition includes being named to the Swanepoel Power 200 and Trendsetter lists, and receiving honors such as the Inman Innovator and RISMedia Newsmaker awards. His background in franchise strategies is seen as a key asset as RE/MAX works to maintain its competitive standing in the real estate sector.
"Chris is a visionary leader who brings a unique combination of strategic insight, operational excellence and relationship-building to the table," said Erik Carlson, CEO of RE/MAX Holdings.
Carlson added that Lim’s leadership is expected to enhance the company's efforts to increase visibility and strengthen relationships within its network.
"We are committed to elevating the support our network needs to thrive, both now and in the future, as RE/MAX continues to redefine what it means to be the real estate leader worldwide," said Carlson.
