Nations Lending establishes roots in Arizona

As part of its national expansion strategy, Nations Lending has announced opening its second branch in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Earlier this month, the independent mortgage lender launched its first Scottsdale office led by mortgage veteran Stacey Gross. Nations also hired Christine McConnell (pictured), an award-winning professional with 26 years of experience, to join the second location as the lead professional mortgage advisor.

McConnell is a member of Nations’ President’s Club and is a consistent top producer. She specializes in various loan products, including new home construction, jumbo, conventional, FHA and VA loans. Before switching to Nations, she spent more than a decade at Homeowners Financial Group as a senior mortgage advisor. She has also held several mortgage positions at MetLife Home Loans, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and Norwest Mortgage.

“Nations is forward-thinking. The company has positioned itself for long-term success along with that of its mortgage advisors and their respective teams through strategically generated marketing and product offerings to its team,” McConnell said. “As a result, I’m better able to assist my clients, including builders, realtors and other referral partners, in an ever-changing and demanding lending environment.”
