HighTechLending launches membership program for reverse producers

Reverse mortgage lender HighTechLending is growing its wholesale reverse mortgage division with the launch of the Star Producer Club membership program.

The company, which does business as AmericanSenior, will offer certain brokers sales and operations benefits through the program. HighTechLending President Don Currie said the program is part of efforts to grow its HTL Reverse Wholesale division.

“As part of our 2018 strategic growth plan, we are introducing the Star Producer Club to our national mortgage broker network,” Currie said. “This is an elite membership that will reward the rising stars of the reverse mortgage industry with a benefits menu of fast-track processing, enhanced pricing, and assistance with leveraging digital marketing tools and techniques for lead generation."

To implement the customer service benefits aimed at program members, HighTechLending hired Nancy Davidson as vice president of reverse operations. Davidson brings more than 25 years of operations experience to the role.

"HTL Reverse has been successful converting forward mortgage brokers to reverse mortgages over the last 10 years,” said Adrian Prieto, HighTechLending’s vice president of wholesale and retail branching. “Now that we have a foundation of good producing brokers, we want to invite established producers who fund between three to five loans per month to the Star Producer Club. We're confident we can provide them a more personalized and streamlined sales and operations experience compared to a larger lender."
