Fannie Mae recognizes top mortgage servicers in 2022 STAR program

Fannie Mae has unveiled the results of its 2022 Servicer Total Achievement and Rewards (STAR) program, revealing the 22 mortgage servicers that have demonstrated remarkable competency, capacity, and overall performance.

The STAR Program recognizes high-performing mortgage servicers that align with Fannie Mae’s business goals and showcase leading practices in the mortgage service industry. Since the program’s launch in 2011, it has promoted servicing knowledge and excellence and facilitated broad and lasting improvements across the mortgage service industry. The 2022 winners were chosen based on the Servicer Capability Framework and STAR Performance Scorecard.
