Four will be promoted to vice president while one will be director

Cenlar announces promotions of five leaders

Cenlar FSB, a mortgage loan subservicer, has announced the promotion of Shanth Ananthuni, Dana Cifelli, David Drakesmith, and Bernadette Felix to vice president and Jonathan Lobb to director.

“Congratulations to this team on their very well-deserved promotions,” said Glen Vilim, chief administrative officer, upon their promotions.

“You all exemplify the best of our company and continue to deliver the most exceptional service to both our internal and external stakeholders,” he added.

Ananthuni has been promoted to vice president of digital transformation. Ananthuni first joined Cenlar in 2016 as a solutions architect. In his new role, he will continue to lead the firm’s automation efforts and digital program strategy.

Cifelli has been promoted to vice president of internal communications where she will be focusing on strategic and tactical execution of all internal communication plans and activities as well as employee engagement. She will also be overseeing the development of strategy for effective and consistent communication plans.

Drakesmith has been promoted to vice president of information technology where he will be partnering with business stakeholders to provide reports and analytics for operational, financial, and program performance for loan servicing.

Felix, meanwhile, has been promoted to vice president of information technology and will be leading the servicing systems team.

Finally, Lobb has been promoted to director of investor relations and will serve as a primary point of contact with investors, government agencies, rating agencies as well as their auditors. He will be partnering with the firm’s investor relations officer in creating and applying a consistent program to manage Cenlar’s agency investors and rating agencies.

Cenlar FSB services loans in 50 states and its US territories and headquarters in Ewing, New Jersey.
