Allied Mortgage strengthens affiliated business ventures

Philadelphia-based Allied Mortgage Group has made a pair of leadership appointments for its affiliated business operations team.

First off, Dottie Hackett-Cole has been named vice president of affiliated business operations. The 30-year mortgage industry veteran will be in charge of growing the operations team to support Allied Mortgage’s joint venture Center City Mortgage & Investments (CCMI), as well as implementing a process improvement plan to streamline and expand the company’s mortgage operations team.

It’s also been announced that Theresa Spillman, whose mortgage experience spans more than 18 years, will run the day-to-day mortgage operations for CCMI as assistant vice president. Allied said that Hackett-Cole and Spillman’s appointments are part of a plan to further build out its affiliated business ventures, particularly CCMI.

“I joined Allied Mortgage Group because the leadership team reflects the same core values I follow – doing business with integrity and delivering the best customer experience possible to every client,” Hackett-Cole said.

“I am confident Dottie will take the reins in further building out a solid operations infrastructure for CCMI,” Allied Mortgage Group President and CEO Roy Chowdhury said. “This will position the company to grow more rapidly while delivering excellent service to our borrowers and partners.”
