An auction planned for December will target Chinese real estate buyers and investors with luxury properties.

The Concierge Auctions event in New York will feature a carefully curated selection of the world’s most luxurious homes and has been marketed in the Wall Street Journal, Mansion Global and The Real Deal.

It’s the second time this year that the firm has held an auction specifically aimed at China’s wealthy individuals.

Our inaugural Summer Sale resulted in more than 50 bidders and $60 million in transactions. We sold 14 properties in just 36 hours, added 6,400 new clients to our database, doubled website traffic, and experienced 1,000 new downloads of the Concierge Auctions app," stated Concierge Auctions Chairman Chad Roffers. "Coming off the heels of this success, we are ready to kick off round two and further expand our reach to high-net-worth Chinese buyers.”

There is no shortgage of these rich Chinese buyers and investors. Concierge says it has a database of more than 80,000 potential buyers.

As well as providing a platform for Asia’s big hitters to buy US properties, the auction will also benefit American families in need through the firm’s Key for Key program which will build a new home for every closed auction sale.
