Former Equity Bay originator joins CrossCountry Mortgage

CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM) has announced that top-rated mortgage broker Kathryn Pedersen (pictured) has joined its team in Steamboat Springs, Colo.

Pedersen will lead CrossCountry’s office in the Yampa Valley area as originating branch manager. She has ranked among the top 1% originators in the country for five consecutive years.

Pedersen joined CCM from Bay Equity Home Loans, where she served as an area sales manager for eight years. She has also worked at various mortgage banks, including Wells Fargo, Yampa Valley Bank, and PrimeSource Mortgage.
