Real Brokerage welcomes Village Premier to its private label program

The Real Brokerage has recently brought Village Premier Collection, a minority- and woman-owned independent brokerage, under its wing through its recently launched private label program.

Atlanta-based Village Premier joined Real’s private label program, which offers independent brokerages the benefits of Real’s platform and expansive network without losing their branding. This program is part of Real's broader strategy to integrate tech-first solutions and flexible business models that cater to the evolving needs of real estate professionals.

As part of this strategic move, Village Premier will also have access to Real’s proprietary transaction management platform through the ProTeams program, which offers customizable structures for team members' commissions and fees, enhancing the brokerage’s ability to tailor their business model to their specific needs.

“The private label program was designed for brokerages like Village Premier Collection that have built successful businesses on their own, but that will benefit from the resources of a larger platform,” Real president Sharran Srivatsaa said in a media release. “I’m excited to welcome Village Premier to Real and look forward to a long and beneficial partnership.”

Village Premier brings $665 million in annual home sales across six states and the District of Columbia to Real's platform. The minority-owned brokerage was founded by Cheri Benjamin, a US Air Force veteran, in 2013.

Since acquiring Village Premier in 2019, Benjamin has expanded the brokerage from 67 agents serving Atlanta to nearly 500 agents in multiple regions, including Florida, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Washington state.
