NAMB launches Calyx-powered platform for members

The National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB) has announced the launch of NAMB All-In, its new cloud-based platform designed to streamline workflow for mortgage brokers.

NAMB All-In is available to all NAMB members at no cost and will be ready for use in January. The platform is powered by Calyx Software, a provider of mortgage software products.

NAMB All-In provides a point-of-sale tool (POS), a cloud-based loan origination system (LOS), and a single point of access to premier wholesale lenders. NAMB said these three components are essential for mortgage professionals to conduct business.

The POS allows borrowers to initiate a loan application and begin the asset-verification process, while the LOS helps brokers manage all incoming online applications and exchange and store documents. The Calyx Wholesaler MarketPlace, the third platform component, enables brokers to connect with wholesale lenders in a single portal and seamlessly exchange data. Through NAMB All-In, wholesaler lenders can import 1003 and deliver completed documents directly into the broker’s software.

Wholesalers Stearns Lending, Plaza Home Mortgage, Quicken Loans, Freedom Mortgage, Caliber Home Loans, and United Wholesale Mortgage are currently participating in the marketplace. Additional institutions are scheduled to onboard in early 2019.

In addition, NAMB All-In allows brokers to export a FNMA 3.2 file to work with any wholesaler that is not in the network.

“We are thrilled to announce this new tool and are eager to watch our members gravitate to NAMB All-In to take advantage of the opportunity for this new solution to enhance their workflows and make their operations seamless,” NAMB Board President Richard Bettencourt said. “We chose Calyx as our partner because its solutions are well-accepted by the broker community, as well as fast to learn and easy to use.”
