Canadian Mortgage Awards 2026: full excellence awardee list

The 2026 Canadian Mortgage Awards (CMAs) have named their excellence awardees — the final shortlisted candidates across 23 competitive categories ahead of the gala on November 25 at Rebel Toronto.

Now in its 20th year, the programme presented by Canadian Mortgage Professional (CMP) stands as the benchmark recognition event in the Canadian mortgage sector, drawing nominations from brokers, brokerages, lenders, underwriters, business development managers (BDMs), and industry service providers from coast to coast.

Canadian residential mortgage debt reached $2.3 trillion in August 2025, up 4.8 per cent year-on-year, according to CMP’s 2026 Top 75 Brokers report, in a market shaped by an extraordinary concentration of renewal activity, shifting rate preferences, and an evolving competitive landscape between banks and brokers.
