In a strategic move to bolster its national presence, wholesale lender Third Party Origination Go (TPO Go) has appointed industry veteran Adam Millstein as vice president and national sales manager.

Millstein (pictured), with his three decades of mortgage experience and impressive sales track record, will be in charge of the company’s sales management and production. He will also lead and build a team in the western region.

The company said it expects Millstein’s contributions to “significantly expand volume in its current territory while also solidifying the firm in untapped markets.”

Before joining TPO Go, Millstein spent four years as VP of TPO production at Fairway Wholesale Lending. His 30-year career also includes time spent at MetLife Home Loans and First Interstate Bank.

“TPO Go is a recognized leader along the Eastern seaboard. However, Adam’s arrival marks a significant milestone,” said James Morin, executive vice president of sales. “His leadership will not only drive our national sales team to unparalleled success, he’ll also be instrumental in expanding our footprint while reinforcing the exceptional service that our brand has always stood for. We’re excited about the journey ahead.”

Headquartered in Avon, Conn., the mortgage wholesaler offers a diverse range of products for broker partners. Its portfolio includes loans for Fannie, Freddie, and Ginnie and niche renovation lending products such as VA, 203k, Fannie Mae Homestyle, and Freddie Mac’s Choice Renovation.
