New American Funding named top workplace for millennials

New American Funding has been named one of the nation’s best workplaces for millennials by FORTUNE and Great Place to Work. It is the mortgage lender’s fourth consecutive year making the list.

This year, NAF ranked 14th out of 75 companies on FORTUNE and Great Place to Work’s “Best Workplaces for Millennials” list, the company’s highest ranking yet. The list is compiled based on feedback from more than 4.9 million employees at Great Place to Work-certified organizations. Great Place to Work assessed millennials’ feedback on their managers’ competence, respect, fairness in the workplace and other factors.

Among NAF employees surveyed, 94% said it was a great place to work.

“We’re deeply honored to be recognized again as one of the best workplaces for millennials,” said Rick Arvielo, CEO of NAF. “Millennials represent 36% of our team, and it’s vital to maintain an environment that allows the future of New American Funding to flourish. We’ve seen that more than ever in 2020, and we’re incredibly proud of our team members who helped us break records this year.”

The company has broken lending records in every month of 2020, and has hired more than 800 new employees so far this year.
