Movement Mortgage brings top originator back to its fold

Movement Mortgage has announced that one of its top lenders in Florida, Paul Massey, has returned to the company as branch manager.

Massey will lead Movement Mortgage branches in the Orlando metro area. Massey and his team have originated over $42 million in loan volume, according to the firm. Massey said that they rebranded their team to Samaritan Mortgage Group.

"We wanted our name to represent what we stand for as a team," Massey said. "We’ve partnered with 4Ocean to pull three pounds of trash from our seas for every transaction we close. In addition, at closing, we donate $200 to a local charity of our borrower’s choice. At the end of each quarter, we donate our time to the local charity who receives the most donations. Movement Mortgage and the Samaritan Mortgage Group are in perfect harmony to create a movement of change in the communities we serve."

“Adding back Paul’s team to the Movement family in Orlando is so rewarding for us all," said Matt Schoolfield, regional director at Movement Mortgage. "I love what he’s up to and what he is seeking. Paul is a difference-maker, and every team needs as many of those as they can find.  I’m looking forward to watching what Paul becomes for those around him.”
