Curbio launches virtual estimates in two California markets

While other real estate firms have paused inspections and appraisals in response to the coronavirus outbreak, renovation company Curbio has expanded its offerings into Los Angeles and Riverside, Calif.

Curbio offers virtual estimates and remote communication through its personalized project management portal, enabling no-contact transactions.

Per California's "stay-at-home" order, the company said that it has taken "precautionary measures" to protect the health of its customers, partners, and employees. Curbio also launched $100,000 financial aid for its subcontractors and deployed a program to cover the relocation expenses for homeowners during renovation.

“Curbio is committed to helping real estate agents continue to strengthen their businesses during this unprecedented time,” said Rikki Rogers, vice president of marketing at Curbio. “Agents who work with Curbio can help homeowners stay competitive and see higher profits. This allows local agents to remain at the center of the home sale, while Curbio takes care of everything else.”

In the past three months, Curbio has extended its footprints in ten major markets, including Seattle, Minneapolis St. Paul, and San Francisco.
