StoneHill Group expands into 2 more states

Mortgage outsource services provider StoneHill Group has announced that is recently obtained licenses in Ohio and Arizona and can now provide underwriting and processing in 19 states.

The company’s licenses for the two states were activated in June. These are in addition to its current coverage including Alabama, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, North Dakota, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

StoneHill Group said it is still awaiting license approvals in South Carolina, Texas, and Washington state.

Based in Atlanta, the company provides quality control plan development and QC audit services, due diligence, fraud reviews, MERS reconciliation/annual reviews, post-closing services, FHA insuring, underwriting and loan processing.

“Almost every day, someone asks me how they can save money originating loans in this environment,” StoneHill Group founder and CEO David Green said. “For many, the best option is to outsource some or all of their origination work to The StoneHill Group. Once they do, they can stop worrying about whether they have enough staff, and they can rest assured that their critical processes will be completed on time and within budget.”

“Our outsourcing clients are not only able to react to shifts in loan volume more quickly,” Green said, “we also help them meet specific requirements and stay compliant.”
