CENTURY 21 to see continued growth in 2016

Momentum from strong performance in 2015 would see CENTURY 21 through this year, company officials said

In an announcement on Thursday (March 3), CENTURY 21 Real Estate LLC posted strong numbers last year, saying that optimism is high among company officials for a repeat performance in 2016.

5 international real estate companies in UAE-Dubai, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, and Macedonia—along with 42 independent real estate firms in the United States—have cited CENTURY 21 as the best choice for their affiliated agents in 2015.

Additionally, CENTURY 21 inaugurated 497 new offices across the world last year. 405 of these are overseas locations, while 92 serve clients in key markets throughout the United States.

Company officials said that these numbers granted the firm an uncommon extent of reach, especially when compared to industry peers.

“No other real estate franchisor can touch our global office presence, and we expect that this year we will continue to make inroads into building on our leadership position,” CENTURY 21 Real Estate president and CEO Rick Davidson said in a statement, as quoted by PRNewswire.

“We believe that what separates us from the competition is the C21 value proposition of personalized attention, growth orientation and the highest quality of professional service to our System and, in turn, to the clients and customers they serve," chief operating officer Greg Sexton added.

"It's all about offering a System that is agile and dynamic enough to stay ahead of the evolving industry while helping C21 sales professionals earn the affinity and trust of home buying and selling consumers in the marketplace," Sexton said.
