HomeBridge taps Hale for area manager
HomeBridge Financial Services has appointed industry veteran Teresa Hale as its newest area manager. Hale will focus on northern Florida.

Hale has more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry. She sits on the board of governors of the Mortgage Bankers of Florida and is a past board member of the MBA of Jacksonville. She also serves on the Financial Services Advisory Board of Florida State College of Jacksonville and is a member of the Jacksonville Women’s Network.

“I feel extremely passionate about the role mortgage lenders play in the housing industry, and HomeBridge’s dedication to treating borrowers as people, not just numbers, matches the outlook I’ve had my entire career,” Hale said.

“HomeBridge is one of the country’s largest privately held nonbank lenders. In the last 25 years, the company has grown to include nearly 3,000 employees, 250 retail branches and two wholesale divisions. HomeBridge funded more than $18 billion in home loans in 2016. As of July of this year, its servicing portfolio totaled $19.6 billion.
