Ben Carson will accept a position as secretary of HUD in the administration of President-elect Donald Trump, according to reports

So, I guess he knows a lot about housing? LOL Trumps entire cabinet is a huge joke on America.

He just might be the first Secretary of HUD who grew up and lived in Govt. Housing as a child.

He might actually be an honest person who will surround himself with experts and make a difference in a corrupt system

They might prove you wrong. It certainly will not be politics as usual in a corrupt system.

Everyone needs to take a deep breath. "So-called" qualified people have been in power for 8 years with dismal outcomes. We still have despicable living conditions and hopelessness among inner cities. We have debt beyond comprehension. Regulations imposed upon our tax, mortgage, financial/businesses and medical systems are out of control. Sometimes it takes a brain surgeon to use his smarts to figure it out. Trump is surrounding himself with keenly smart, proven successful experts who know how to get the job done. Just wait. You will be amazed at what's to come. We've been in the DARK for two terms. Get ready for "The Don's" early light come January!!!!

This guy will make a difference out of sincere concern for people. Isn't that what the progressives say they want; someone who cares? Dr Carson has proven abilities to lead. He won't just talk a good game; he will produce and bring integrity to HUD. Watch and see. I think we will be amazed at the progress he will make in raising the level of housing quality for those that need it.

Well said Gianna! Let's give them our support and a chance to do well.

Carson is an excellent choice. We don't need lawyers running this country any more. Trump will triumph watch and see!!!

To paraphrase a famous slogan on who are the experts to be believed ... "Ask the man who owns (lived in) one".

If anything, this is going to be an interesting four years.
They said the same things about Reagan when he was elected.

Well maybe his "surgery-experience" will help him dissect the "functionottia"-symptoms of this agency.
If so, he may come up with the best and greatest ideas ever - but,
Will his Boss Let Him Use His Great Ideas-?

Put Griff on Hillary or Bernie's cabinet. Build the Wall and put all these Commie/socialist Demos on one side and the Rep-conservatives on the other. Six months or sooner the Demos will flood across to the conservative side. Just imagine all those Demos clustered together with no sane Logic among any of them.
