Non-QM lender LendSure Mortgage reveals major expansion

LendSure Mortgage, a non-qualified mortgage wholesale lender, announced Tuesday that it has opened a new office in Missouri as it continues its national expansion.

The San Diego-based mortgage company said that the expansion “enables LendSure to provide their unique suite of non-QM programs for mortgage brokers to Missouri residents.”

Founded in 2015, LendSure offers a wide range of non-QM loan programs for borrowers who don’t fit conforming guidelines, including self-employed borrowers, business owners, property investors, and foreign national borrowers.

“LendSure is known for stellar service, outstanding responsiveness and common-sense underwriting,” said Joseph Lydon, co-founder and managing director of LendSure Mortgage Corp. “Our new office in Missouri allows us to offer our loan programs to the people of this great state and to deliver the exceptional service and support our other clients have come to expect from LendSure.”

In addition to Missouri, LendSure operates in Rhode Island, Georgia and Utah, with plans to expand into new locations in the coming months.
