Lender emphasizes strong relationships through a new program

Kind Lending launches reward program for brokers

Kind Lending has introduced the “Top Dog Program,” a new initiative aimed at recognizing and rewarding brokers for exceptional performance in the mortgage lending industry. The program offers a tiered structure of benefits and incentives designed to help brokers grow their businesses while maintaining a focus on efficiency and strong partnerships.

The program’s framework allows brokers to unlock rewards by reaching specific milestones tied to their performance. Rewards include early access to new programs, event participation, and exclusive waivers.

Delfino Aguilar, chief production officer of third-party originations (TPO) at Kind Lending, emphasized the relationship-driven focus of the initiative. “We believe that strong relationships are the foundation of success, and the Top Dog Program is all about taking those relationships to the next level,” Aguilar said.

Program tiers and benefits

The Top Dog Program is divided into three tiers, each offering unique benefits:

  • Good Dog: Brokers gain pilot access to new programs, helping them stay competitive with early adoption of innovative tools and strategies.
  • Big Dog: Additional benefits include one Early Payoff (EPO) waiver, participation in private strategy events, and continued access to pilot programs.
  • Alpha Dog: Brokers at this level receive two EPO waivers, premium private strategy opportunities, and participation in pilot programs to solidify their market leadership.

To advance through the ranks, brokers are encouraged to improve their performance by leveraging Kind Lending’s streamlined processes and maintaining a pull-through rate of at least 70% from underwriting to funding.

Glenn Stearns, founder and CEO of Kind Lending, highlighted the importance of collaboration in the mortgage industry. “The Top Dog Program celebrates our partners who consistently go above and beyond,” Stearns stated. “This program honors their dedication while reinforcing our promise to empower them with the tools, resources, and recognition they deserve.”
