New leadership promises a better experience for borrowers and partners
Arc Home, a lender specializing in non-QM and non-agency mortgage solutions, has announced key leadership appointments aimed at driving growth and enhancing operations. The company has named John Gibson as chief production officer and Eamon Cantwell as chief operations officer.
A news release highlighted that both executives bring extensive experience to their roles, with a focus on advancing Arc Home’s mortgage products, including its digital HomeEQ HELOC platform.
As chief production officer, Gibson will concentrate on bolstering Arc Home’s production capabilities and fostering strong relationships with brokers and correspondent partners. His efforts will prioritize expanding the company’s reach in the non-QM and non-agency market segments.
“I’m honored to join a talented team committed to delivering innovative solutions for our clients and their borrowers,” Gibson stated. “My focus is on equipping our partners with the tools and resources they need to thrive, backed by a sales team that prioritizes advocacy and excellence.”
Cantwell, now chief operations officer, will oversee the optimization of Arc Home’s processes to ensure efficient service delivery. Drawing on his prior experience as a broker originating non-QM loans, he aims to address operational inefficiencies and streamline workflows.
“Having recently worked as a broker originating non-QM loans, I’ve experienced firsthand the challenges clients face and where processes can become inefficient,” Cantwell said. “I’m excited to join Arc Home to work with an amazing team to remove bottlenecks and create seamless, scalable processes that drive growth for our broker, delegated and non-delegated partners while delivering exceptional service.”
Arc Home CEO Brian Devlin underscored the significance of these leadership changes.
