Strategic leadership expansion at Cenlar FSB

Cenlar FSB has welcomed two new directors and promoted three key leaders as part of its strategy to bolster its team with seasoned industry professionals.

The new directors are Craig Alexander (pictured), appointed as director of financial planning and analysis, and Claire Taylor, taking on the role of director of compliance.

Alexander, previously with ADP and JPMorgan Chase, brings extensive experience in financial analytics and business intelligence. Taylor, with over 38 years of mortgage experience, is tasked with coordinating regulatory examinations and assisting in compliance efforts at Cenlar. Her prior role was with PHH Mortgage as director of licensing and exam management.

Among the promoted leaders, Kimberly DiLeo becomes the director of issues management. DiLeo, who joined Cenlar in 2015, has over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Her role involves managing various operational issues and liaising between different business lines for effective process execution. She most recently worked at PHH Mortgage as team supervisor for home equity line modification/risk management/customer care and loss mitigation.

Jennifer McKeown has been promoted to director of claims and loss analysis. McKeown, who joined Cenlar in 2021, oversees default loss claims and loss analysis reviews. She brings in-depth knowledge of real estate and default management, having previously worked at Northsight Management, The Money Source, and Ditech Financial.
