The mortgage company received the honor for a second consecutive year
New American Funding has been named a top workplace for women for the second straight year by Fortune and Great Place to Work. The mortgage lender is ranked 30th overall in the annual “75 Best Workplaces” list.
Rankings for the list are determined by surveys that ask employees about workplace culture, leadership, fairness and other aspects of the workplace environment.

Women comprise more than half of New American Funding’s workforce, with many holding C-suite positions. Arvielo has developed multiple mentorship and development programs to help employees thrive and advance at the company.
