Land Gorilla offers remote property inspections to COVID-impacted businesses

Land Gorilla, a provider of construction loan management software, has launched remote property inspections to support industries affected by the ongoing coronavirus outbreak.

The company's remote-inspections technology allows homeowners and stakeholders to work with a Land Gorilla remote inspector to validate locations and verify identities via live-streaming video.

Businesses can sign up for remote inspections through a web form and can expect to receive reports within four hours of the scheduled inspection.

“We see remote inspections as a very important need right now to help those affected by this pandemic,” said Land Gorilla CEO Sean Faries. “The ability to perform remote inspections can make a huge impact on homeowners and businesses that are dependent on having an inspection performed to complete a transaction. Remote-inspections capability will be a game-changer, and we are proud to be making an impact at such a critical time in US history.”
