Gateway Mortgage grows its footprint in Colorado and Washington

Gateway Mortgage has announced its latest expansion in Colorado and Washington state with the addition of two new mortgage centers.

To keep up with growing demand from local communities for home financing, the company has opened a new mortgage center in Battle Ground, Wash., and one in Fort Collins, Colo. The new branches bring the number of Gateway's mortgage centers across the US to more than 150.

"Gateway continues to grow to meet the increasing demand for mortgage services," said Gateway CEO Scott Gesell. "We are committed to the families and communities we serve. Our momentum is a testament to our team members' persistent focus on the customer."

Gateway has funded a record-breaking volume of $1 billion in residential mortgage loans for April alone, according to the company. It has also originated over $8.2 billion in mortgage loans through September.

"We are excited to expand our SW Washington business into northern Clark County and southern Cowlitz County," said Jake Carlisle, regional vice president at Gateway. "Our local team has been proudly serving the mortgage industry for over 23 years, and we are looking forward to continuing that service through the Gateway Mortgage Center."
