Facebook Marketplace to enhance home rental listings with new integration

Renters are now one click away from millions of rental properties following the integration between Facebook and Rental Beast, a real estate market SaaS platform with a listing database of more than six million rentals across the US.

Home rental listings representing more than 70% of the total rental inventory in many key rental markets in the US will be available on Facebook Marketplace. The integration will allow renters to find the right housing with more options. Additionally, renters can inquire about available Rental Beast listings on Marketplace by clicking the "contact" button on the listing.

Rental Beast offers renters access to local area experts and licensed real estate agents who can guide them through the rental process. The company also provides brokers, agents, and landlords with a fully integrated leasing platform.

"We believe our comprehensive database and white-glove service through some of the best brokers and agents in the industry, integrated with Facebook Marketplace, will be a game changer for renters. We are pleased to be a listing partner, and excited to help people find their next home," Rental Beast founder and President Ishay Grinberg said.

Marketplace listings under the integration will include detailed information that are updated using proprietary technology and local experts to ensure the most current information is available to renters and real estate agents.
