Valerie Saunders is a distinguished leader in the mortgage and financial services industry, currently serving as the Chief of Staff for the National Association of Mortgage Brokers (NAMB). With over 30 years of experience, she has consistently championed professional excellence, regulatory compliance, and consumer advocacy.

In her role at NAMB, Saunders oversees daily operations, including government relations, national events, industry partnerships, public communications, and membership engagement. Her leadership is pivotal in advancing NAMB's mission to support mortgage professionals and protect consumer interests.

Beyond NAMB, she is the Vice President of RE Financial Services, Inc., a Florida-based mortgage brokerage with private lending making up most of her own personal production. Her extensive experience also includes President of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers from 2023-2024 as well three terms as President of the Florida Association of Mortgage Professionals (FAMP), where she played a key role in reforming state mortgage regulations to enhance compliance and reduce burdens on loan originators.

Saunders's contributions have earned her numerous accolades, including the MPA Elite Women award, the MPA Global 100 Mortgage recognition, the Inman Best of Finance Award, and the 20/20 Vision for Success Women with Vision Award.
