MFS joins PMS'’ lender panel

PMS' brokers can source the specialist lender's range of BTL mortgage products

MFS joins PMS'’ lender panel

Market Financial Solutions (MFS) has partnered with PMS Mortgage Club to become the latest lender to join its panel.

As a result of the partnership, PMS Mortgage Club’s network of intermediaries and brokers have been provided access to MFS’ range of buy-to-let mortgages products, allowing them to place and process complex cases which require bespoke and tailored solutions.

MFS specialises in handling large loans up to £50 million with terms between three and 24 months.

The specialist lender recently joined Dynamo for Intermediaries’ lender panel, and in August, also partnered with commercial mortgage network Optimum ELITE.

Last month, it reduced its BTL mortgage rates, including a new range of products that allows brokers and their clients to choose their product fee depending on individual requirements.

“Our new BTL mortgage products, which allow landlords to pick their product fee to best suit their preferred repayment models, have proven to be really popular,” said Karen Rodrigues (pictured), head of national accounts at Market Financial Solutions. “So, we are excited to be working with PMS to ensure more brokers are able to access our BTL range.

“Ultimately, with the market still adapting to the Bank of England’s hiking cycle over the past two years, brokers are crying out for optionality and flexibility. Our skill and experience as a lender, coupled with our funding strength, allows us to innovate in order to meet the evolving needs of brokers and borrowers, as PMS’ network will now get to see first-hand.”

Stephanie Charman, strategic relationships director at PMS Mortgage Club, said they, too, were excited about the partnership with MFS.

“The business has great experience as a specialist lender and a particularly flexible range of BTL mortgages, allowing borrowers to scale their product fee up or down in line with a rate that best fits their cashflow and repayment capabilities,” Charman added.

“With a shared commitment to ensuring advisers and brokers have access to the very best products, along with exceptional service and wrap-around support, MFS is a natural partner for us. We are very pleased to be working together.”
