MFS joins Dynamo's lender panel

Specialist lender Market Financial Solutions (MFS) has announced that it has been added to the lender panel of Dynamo for Intermediaries, which now has over 5,000 intermediaries within its mortgage club.

Members of Dynamo for Intermediaries will now be able to access MFS’ range of bridging loans, BTL mortgages, and specialist finance products.

MFS specialises in handling large loans at pace, offering loans up to £50 million with terms between three and 24 months.

Earlier this month, MFS reduced its BTL mortgage rates, including a new range of products that allowed brokers and their clients to choose their product fee depending on individual requirements, with flexibility to choose between a 2%, 4% or 6% fee across all four tiers of loans.

“At MFS, we strive to make things as simple as possible for brokers and borrowers, using our experience and expertise to understand their individual needs before then guiding them carefully through the products we can offer,” said Karen Rodrigues (pictured), head of national accounts at Market Financial Solutions.

Karen Rodrigues was named as one of the Best Women Mortgage Leaders in the UK in the Elite Woman survey. See the full report here.

“We’re very pleased to have joined Dynamo for Intermediaries’ lender panel, meaning we can connect with more brokers and help them with the delivery of bespoke bridging loans and BTL mortgages, regardless of how complicated the case might be.”

Cat Armstrong, mortgage club director at Dynamo for Intermediaries, welcomed the addition of MFS to their lender panel.

“We know that brokers and their clients need wider options and flexibility in the current climate – MFS has an outstanding track-record in delivering just that,” Armstrong said. “It is an exciting addition to Dynamo for Intermediaries, and we are confident that brokers will enjoy MFS’s innovative, can-do approach to lending.”
