Sierra Pacific Mortgage names new chief production officer

Independent mortgage lending firm Sierra Pacific Mortgage has elevated Jay Promisco, former senior vice president of national retail lending, to chief production officer.

As CPO, he will oversee all of the company’s production and marketing. His new role will include creating and implementing strategies for growing market share for all divisions, including retail, wholesale, consumer direct, and correspondent.
