Offerpad rolls out iBuying services in 3 markets

Real estate tech company Offerpad has expanded its home buying and selling services to Birmingham, Ala., and Jacksonville, Fla.

In 2019, the firm launched in four markets, including Austin, Houston, Raleigh, and San Antonio. The recent expansion brings the number of cities and towns Offerpad is available in to roughly 860.  

Offerpad has also released its joint services with Keller Williams in some of the markets it serves, including Birmingham and Jacksonville. Under the partnership, Offerpad will be the acting facilitator for Keller Williams agents’ instant home offers.

“The company remains intensely focused on improving its value proposition in residential real estate and has decisively – but carefully – taken these steps forward in order to be a resource to home consumers who seek control and convenience in their real estate experiences,” Offerpad Chief Marketing Officer Darrin Shamo said.
