New American Funding opens new branch in Nevada

New American Funding has announced expanding its business in Nevada, adding a branch in Washoe County.

The expansion marks the seventh branch of the company in Nevada, including locations in Las Vegas, Henderson, and Reno.

Mortgage vet Patrick Winchell, who has 18 years of experience in the mortgage industry, will serve as the area manager of the new branch.

"Patrick is the ideal person to help lead the Sparks market," said Chris Garza, regional vice president at New American Funding. "He's a seasoned veteran in his market and is a great fit for this branch and location. We're all excited for the growth of this branch and for the direction that Patrick will lead us."

"I'm thrilled to bring New American Funding to Sparks," Winchell said. "Not only do we have a broad range of first-time homebuyer loan products, but we offer a variety of different loan programs for all types of homebuyers."
