GSF Mortgage has welcomed a new branch manager to its Greenville, N.C., location.

Kevin Fuell, a graduate of Fairmont State University and Vance-Granville College, was a real estate investor in the 80s and 90s before entering the mortgage industry.

Active in his local community, Fuell participates in home buyer workshops and works with local nonprofits. He’s also a member of the Affordable Housing Loan Committee, which approves loans for first-time home buyers, down payment assistance and rehabilitation loans for elderly homeowners.

“Kevin’s deep integration into his local community is a perfect model match for our marketing business plans,” said Mike Maida, GSF national sales director. “We look forward to expanding his product offering and forging positive growth opportunities.”
