Citizens Bank has implemented Black Knight’s servicing digital platform for its Citizens One mobile app to enhance its customer engagement.
The app, which provides personalized loan information to the bank’s mortgage customers, has integrated with the servicing platform that connects servicers and customers. Moreover, Black Knight’s platform expands access to home and loan data – enabling homeowners to access mortgage-related information remotely.
