Chase has opened its second Home Center to provide homebuyers with a range of services and tools under one roof.

The Newport, California center follows the opening of the inaugural Home Center in Scottsville, Arizona in 2018; and brings local expertise and the latest technology to local buyers.

“The Chase Home Center offers local homebuyers the opportunity to receive expert advice and experience state-of-the-art technology in one place,” says Lawrence Bailey, Head of Retail Sales for Chase Home Lending. “We understand that buyers—specifically sophisticated buyers —appreciate local advice and dialogue from a reliable source, in a hassle-free environment. Our experts work one-on-one with customers to determine their needs, provide financial services and answer any questions they may have to help relieve some of the stress that comes with the process.”

Services and tools available include a concierge to guide them through the center, accelerated closings, hyperlocal neighborhood information, 3D and VR home tours, and digital advice bars.

“We will be partnering with local real estate agents and the surrounding community to drive awareness of homeownership, while removing some of the complexity of the process that some find intimidating,” says Ann Sugai, Managing Director at Chase Home Lending.
