Yes Loans and Mortgages outsources HR to Blue Apple

Starting in 2001, YES Loans and Mortgages is a loans and re-mortgage finance company, employing a staff of 23 operators.

The company has outlined a growth plan which includes a major expansion into new office space which they hope will house an expanded staff of 100 by 2006.

Matt Cottle, Director at Yes Loans and Mortgages said, “My business partner, Barney and I, are eager to take the business forward as we believe there is excellent potential for growth in the sector.

“So far we have had a very hands on role in terms of our staff, however to take the business up a notch we need to get some procedures in place and develop a staff culture.

“We know that the success of the business so far is to a large degree due to the commitment and dedication of our staff and while we need to formalise our staff culture it is essential we do this in a positive and effective way. We believe that the best way to do this is through outsourcing our HR requirement.

To date financial duo, Matt Cottle and Barney Drake have been able to manage a very informal management style but if they are to fulfil their business plan they need to consolidate the people policy
