TMG is Buckinghamshire Building Society's latest Platinum partner

The Money Group (TMG) has joined Buckinghamshire Building Society’s Platinum Partner Program, the mortgage network announced in its recent Autumn Roadshow in Barnsley.

Platinum partners are a select group of brokers that Buckinghamshire work with the most and have the most opportunity to collaborate with. They have access to a range of exclusive benefits, such as VIP DIPs, and dedicated access to key account managers and underwriters. These partners also enjoy exclusive offers and limited-edition products, as well as the opportunity to attend exclusive events held by the society.

Last May, Buckinghamshire developed a data driven approach that allowed it to fully segment brokers based on the volume and type of business they bring to the society. The mutual categorised its brokers into three segments – Platinum, Gold, and Silver.

Claire Askham (pictured), head of mortgage sales at Buckinghamshire Building Society, said they were glad to have such “a forward thinking and innovative company” like TMG show their commitment to working with Buckinghamshire long-term.

“It’s been a pleasure spending time with the entire team at TMG,” Askham added. “We clearly share many of the same values and their dedication to putting clients at the centre of everything they do really shines through.”

Scott Thorpe, chief executive at The Money Group, added that they have worked closely with Buckinghamshire for a number of years and have always valued the level of support they offer.

“To officially join as a platinum partner is great news for us and our clients,” Thorpe stated. “We have ambitious growth plans for the future, but these plans can only be achieved by building strong relationships with key industry lenders like Buckinghamshire Building Society.

“It’s an extremely positive step forward for us all, and we’re excited to see where this partnership can lead.”
